Position Overview

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing marketing strategies to support growth in Social, Web, Organic/Paid Search, and Ecommerce/Market Place sales channels, as well as B2B programs while optimizing performance to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Marketing Associates through interviewing, hiring, developing, coaching, and managing team members in accordance with the Company values.


• Collaborates with senior executives to develop a growth strategy and marketing plan for the Company.


• Directs a team of full-time, part-time, and contractor / third-party resources to execute the Company’s marketing strategy.


• 
  Develops and manages an annual budget including expenditures, product research, and development appropriations, return on investments, and profit/loss projections.
  


• Partners with the sales department to develop and execute campaigns and programs, to maximize profits and market share while balancing Customer satisfaction.


• Coordinates marketing projects and programs from start to finish and organizes Company conferences, trade shows, and major events.


• Leverages data and consumer sentiment to create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and market positions.


• 
  Communicates marketing plans, results, and recommendations to the executive team and other stakeholders.
  

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.


• 10+ years of strategic marketing experience with a focus on B2B and D2C marketing.


• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Proven supervisory and leadership skills in managing both remote and in-person teams.


• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with changing priorities.


• Proven experience in building and scaling marketing programs and managing outsourced partners including PR firms and Ad agencies.

Myers airport to meet your business or personal travel needs.  This position will report at our Bonita Spring, FL office location; this is an on-site position.
