Analyst – Needed that’s driven by Excellence

We’re on the hunt for an analyst who gets excited about building rock-solid processes that deliver outstanding results again and again. If you love improving systems a little more every day—and you’re over hearing managers insist “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”—you’re exactly who we want. If checklists make your heart happy, quiet focus time is your superpower, and getting things truly right is your standard, then keep going. And if you believe strategy matters and know that “luck” is really just preparation meeting opportunity, you’re going to thrive at MAST, LLC. We’re a team fueled by research-backed decisions, high standards, and a passion for doing things the right way.

Our next Associate Salvage Analyst will love diving into our custom auction management software to uncover insights that boost salvage recovery in smart, measurable ways. If you get energized by analyzing past performance to make future decisions faster and sharper, this role will feel like home. Around here, thoughtful analysis builds confidence—and confidence fuels consistency. And consistency? That’s how we win.

You’ll spend your days evaluating real-time market behavior in a dynamic digital marketplace, shaping decisions that truly matter. Our software already gives you the tools to shine, but with your expertise, it’ll evolve into something even more powerful.

Think of this role as part Auto Claims Examiner, part Data Analyst, and all about building something better every single day. You’ll help design a smarter, stronger “mousetrap” by digging into the details, analyzing what’s working, and being honest about what isn’t. Your accuracy and consistency won’t just support success—they’ll set the standard for it. This is your chance to drive meaningful, lasting improvements and help transform how our organization operates. If you’re the kind of person who geeks out over refining processes and celebrating progress, you’re going to make a huge impact here.

Founded in 2009, MAST, LLC is more than just one of the only independent firms providing salvage predictions—we’re a behind‑the‑scenes force that supports hundreds of thousands of total‑loss claims every year. Chances are, we’ve helped influence a settlement check for someone you know or partnered with the very insurance leaders you see on TV.

We’re the quiet powerhouse helping auto insurers handle claims with confidence, accuracy, and consistency. Every day, we review damaged vehicles of all kinds and forecast how they’ll perform at salvage auctions, giving our partners the clarity they need to make smarter decisions faster.

And we’re not stopping there. We’re committed to pushing the industry forward by investing in top-tier people and cutting-edge technology so we can deliver faster, sharper, and more precise solutions than anyone else in the field. At MAST, we’re dedicated to excellence—and we’re proud to lead where others follow.

We’re ready to train the right process-driven Associate Analyst in all things salvage. Our standards are high—because we’re serious about excellence—but we’re equally committed to creating a culture where people can grow, succeed, and truly shine. If you’re excited to make things better, support real progress, and put your strengths to work, we want to hear from you.

This is your chance to take ownership of your career and join a team that genuinely believes in the power of kaizen—continuous improvement that makes a real impact. If you’ve got what it takes, we’ll see it. And if you’re ready to step into a role where your work matters every single day, apply now!
