JOB SUMMARY

Clarvos is hiring a Performance Media Manager to be the human-in-the-loop for customers leveraging our agentic digital growth engine to grow their business. In this role, you will serve as the trusted partner for our customers, supporting paid media strategies end-to-end.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a paid media subject matter expert with strong client-facing experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering, championing customer success and helping inform the product roadmap. This person must have a strong background leveraging paid media to generate business growth.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Execute full-funnel, multi-channel performance marketing strategies including activation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Communicate opportunities to scale successful campaigns and test new tactics.
  • Advise campaign architecture including objectives, optimization goals, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Own tracking and measurement (pixel, CAPI, attribution, technical troubleshooting).

Performance & Business Alignment

  • Connect channel performance to business outcomes including ROAS, CAC, LTV, brand lift, and incrementality.
  • Develop and interpret media mix considerations and pricing models.
  • Translate performance data into strategic narratives for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide performance reporting with actionable recommendations to fuel testing and nurture client growth.

Audience & Creative Strategy

  • Apply a deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting logic.
  • Oversee creative testing frameworks and performance iteration.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales to support solution selling and revenue expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance and product usage.
  • Collaborate with XFNs to influence product roadmap and generate growth for customers.
  • Surface market insights and performance trends to inform product evolution.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excitement about Agentic AI workflows and leveraging AI in media buying.
  • Experience leveraging AI to optimize paid media buying and optimize digital advertising.
  • 5–8+ years owning multi-channel paid media campaigns end-to-end across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Deep expertise in campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Strong command of tracking, pixel management, attribution, and performance measurement.
  • Advanced understanding of creative testing and in-flight optimizations.
  • Fluent in core performance KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, incrementality, and media mix modeling.
  • Ability to translate channel performance into clear business impact and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with Sales in revenue-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present performance insights clearly both internally and to customers.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-growth environment.

Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to meet with clients in person as needed, attend meetings both remotely and in person.
