JOB SUMMARY
We are a next-generation AI-powered MarTech and AdTech startup on a mission to level the playing field for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). By leveraging state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs), Agentic frameworks, and proprietary ML pipelines, we’re redefining how marketing and advertising ecosystems operate, with intelligence, scale, and automation.
We're seeking a Director of Media Data Analytics to define and lead the data intelligence capabilities that power the Clarvos Agentic Workflow platform. This is a unique opportunity to build and own the media analytics function, driving the strategy behind campaign measurement, optimization, customer intelligence, and predictive insights.
In this role, you will:
- Own the data layer that powers campaign management, optimization, attribution, and customer intelligence across the platform.
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 analytics professionals while remaining hands-on in defining analytical strategy and technical direction.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Design teams to build scalable analytics capabilities that become core features of the Clarvos platform.
- Identify gaps in existing data, define solutions, and establish the analytical frameworks required to support future product innovation.
- Translate customer needs into intelligent, data-driven product capabilities that improve campaign performance and decision making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the strategy for media data analytics across the Clarvos platform.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Media Data Analytics professionals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for campaign measurement, attribution, audience intelligence, and performance analytics.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define data requirements for new platform capabilities.
- Identify gaps within the current data ecosystem and develop scalable solutions to address them.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks that support campaign optimization and customer insights.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed predictive analytics into customer-facing workflows.
- Define data models and analytics architecture that support platform scalability.
- Drive best practices around data quality, governance, experimentation, and reporting.
- Influence product roadmap decisions through analytical insights and customer feedback.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Engineering teams.
- Present recommendations and strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement across the analytics function.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Media Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science, or similar roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading analytics or data teams.
- Proven track record building analytics capabilities and delivering customer-facing data solutions.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep expertise in media measurement, attribution, campaign analytics, and customer intelligence.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and paid media platforms.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills.
- Experience designing scalable analytics frameworks and data models.
- Ability to identify data gaps and independently define solutions.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through data-driven decision making.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring analytics professionals.
- Experience within AdTech, MarTech, AI, or SaaS environments.
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution modelling, or incrementality testing.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and predictive analytics.
- Experience working with API-driven marketing platforms and large-scale customer datasets.
- Startup or high-growth technology experience preferred.
