JOB SUMMARY

Clarvos is hiring a Sales Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to scale our go-to-market engine. This role begins with owning CRM implementation and adoption, ensuring our revenue data foundation is clean, reliable, and actionable. You will streamline sales workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, manage sales technology, and partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across GTM, product releases, and commercial strategy.

This position is pivotal to Clarvos’ GTM success—you will enable our sales team to operate faster, smarter, and with greater consistency by delivering the tools, reporting, and insights that drive revenue performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Strategy & Insights

  • Partner with Go-to-Market leadership and the C-suite to define and measure KPIs across the revenue engine.
  • Surface business trends, performance drivers, and actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making, including quota setting, resource allocation, and planning.
  • Provide clear recommendations that optimize revenue performance, market penetration, and product adoption.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene across all GTM teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Build, automate, and manage dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to refine forecasting methodologies and improve predictability.

Incentive System Development

  • Design and implement incentive and compensation structures that align to business goals, including revenue growth, market penetration, and product adoption targets.
  • Lead quota setting, territory planning, and ongoing management of incentive KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to ensure incentive plans are fair, scalable, and operationally sound.

Systems & Process Design

  • Build and optimize scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and refine the end-to-end sales motion to identify process improvements, tooling needs, and system integrations.
  • Own and manage the GTM tech stack — including CRM and supporting platforms such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and HubSpot — ensuring teams are fully enabled and data quality is maintained.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration (SaaS or digital marketing preferred).
  • Hands-on CRM implementation experience (HubSpot or Salesforce required).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance KPIs, and media metrics (ROAS, CAC, attribution).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights that support GTM decisions.
  • Strong process-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable workflows.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to train, influence, and collaborate effectively.
  • Highly collaborative attitude with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to meet with clients in person as needed, attend meetings both remotely and in person.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
