JOB SUMMARY

We are a next-generation AI-powered brand-growth startup helping small and medium-sized businesses compete using GenAI, automated marketing workflow. We build with the latest AI tools, small and large language models, and agentic workflows, and we’re looking for talented fresh graduates who know how to use AI to build software faster and smarter.

This role is designed for early career engineers who have strong computer science fundamentals and are great at using modern AI coding tools (LLMs, copilots, agents) to accelerate development and ship high-quality features quickly. We offer bonus incentives for candidates who complete our coding assessments during the interview process.

 

What You’ll Do

As an AI-Augmented Software Engineer, you will:

  • Build and maintain core application features using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with the support of AI development tools & IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor, VSCode-Copilot)
  • Use AI models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude-Code) to boost your productivity in writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Work with product and engineering mentors to turn requirements into working features.
  • Use foundational AI techniques such as embeddings, vector search, or simple RAG workflows (training provided).
  • Collaborate using Agile and Kanban workflows to deliver fast, iterative updates.
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and improving product reliability.
  • Learn how modern GenAI systems are used in real MarTech/AdTech pipelines.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or final-year students).
  • Strong grasp of programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, APIs).
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a bias toward rapid experimentation.
  • Ability to read documentation, and adapt quickly
  • Ability to continue and complete our coding assessment during interviews.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Basic familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, or prompt engineering
  • Experience using LLM coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Interest in MarTech/AdTech, personalization systems, or automation tools

Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings remotely and in person.
