As Clarvos scales its next-generation agentic AI platform, we need dedicated technical expertise to ensure flawless integrations and campaign execution. The Client Solutions Engineer is the technical backbone of our early GTM motion, supporting Sales and CSMs, unblocking client onboarding, and ensuring every test and campaign is set up to succeed.

In this role, you will own pixel deployment, server-to-server integrations, event mapping, account configuration, data validation, and cross-platform troubleshooting. You will work directly with clients’ technical teams and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM to ensure clean signal flow, rapid issue resolution, and accurate measurement.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role for someone who excels at solving complex problems, translating requirements into action, and ensuring Clarvos delivers reliable performance from day one.

  • Own pixel setup, S2S integrations, event mapping, and account configuration across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve product bugs, and unblock Sales CSMs during onboarding.
  • Validate data accuracy, signal flow, and measurement readiness across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, etc.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for integration or performance issues and deliver clear solutions.
  • Client implementation and readiness
  • Partner with client technical teams to guide implementation and ensure activation readiness.
  • Create and maintain integration guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure proper tagging, configuration, and measurement setup for accurate performance evaluation.
  • Testing, experiments and product feedback
  • Execute technical tests validating Clarvos value (signal quality, data flow, conversion performance).
  • Capture structured client and CSM feedback to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Identify recurring issues and help prioritize platform and integration improvements.
  • Cross-functional partnership
  • Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, Product, Engineering, and Data Science on technical requirements and partner needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical context to shape GTM strategy and client expectations.
  • Serve as a technical SME supporting demos, onboarding, and partner success.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8+ years in solutions engineering, technical account management, ad tech, or marketing measurement.
  • Strong hands-on experience with pixels, server-to-server integrations, event mapping, APIs, and data debugging.
  • Solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, and signal quality across major ad platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for clients and GTM teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Effective communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing technologies and privacy-first data approaches.
