JOB SUMMARY

Clarvos is building next-generation agentic AI for marketers, and measurement is a critical pillar of our go-to-market strategy. The Marketing Science (Measurement) Partner will launch and scale Clarvos’ measurement discipline—designing tests, analyzing performance, and helping advertisers and agencies understand the full value Clarvos delivers across the funnel. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role at the intersection of analytics, product strategy, and client consulting.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Measurement & Consulting

  • Analyze Clarvos campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, lift, creative impact) and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Lead consultative measurement engagements and develop learning agendas with clients.

Testing, Experiments & Product Feedback

  • Design and run tests proving Clarvos’ value (ROAS lift, CAC reduction, conversion efficiency).
  • Diagnose performance issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Capture structured client feedback to inform product and measurement roadmaps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to align goals.
  • Translate measurement findings into product enhancements and GTM strategy.
  • Support internal teams with context and insights to guide decision-making.

Education, Enablement & Thought Leadership

  • Build training, documentation, and measurement best practices for internal teams and clients.
  • Develop scalable tools and frameworks to standardize measurement adoption.
  • Present platform insights, meta-analysis, and market trends to elevate client performance.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7–10 years in marketing measurement (platform, publisher, agency, analytics provider, or brand).
  • Deep expertise in experimental design, attribution, MMM, incrementality, product testing, and ad effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of first- and third-party data and emerging marketing tech, especially AI.
  • Industry knowledge across retail, CPG, e-commerce (travel/media a plus).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear client solutions.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, data-driven storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and execution across multiple partners/tests.
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or ad tech environments; familiarity with privacy-first measurement.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to meet with clients in person as needed, attend meetings both remotely and in person.

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.

Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
