JOB SUMMARY
Clarvos is hiring a Client Service Manager to support our growth as we enter the market. The Client Service manager will collaborate in the advertiser onboarding process, perform campaign optimizations, troubleshoot – and importantly, help scale revenue through product adoption and upselling.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams to execute the sales strategy
- Onboard brands onto Clarvos’ agentic AI platform while providing consultative recommendations and best practices
- Making best product best practice and campaign recommendations thereby helping to increase client investments through the Clarvos’ platform
- Performing quality assurance tests and creative revisions as needed
- Maintaining client relationships and positioning themselves as the go-to Clarvos expert
- Provide regular status updates, maintain accurate forecasts, and keep pipeline and sales activities up to date
- Identify market and product trends and share insights with leadership to support ongoing product iteration
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or selling into performance-driven brands
- Solid knowledge of media language and KPIs such as ROAS, CAC and attribution metrics
- Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies in particular AI and its capabilities
- Understanding of retail, CPG and e-commerce industries
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate net-new pipeline
- Strong discovery skills and ability to translate client needs into solutions
- Demonstrated experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to meet with clients in person as needed, attend meetings both remotely and in person.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
