Salary Range: $96,005-$147,957 Annually

Position Summary:

The Growth Marketing Manager drives go‑to‑market execution, sales enablement, and new business generation across multiple marketing channels. This role develops and executes targeted initiatives that strengthen product positioning and pricing support and generate qualified leads through digital and account‑based outreach. Partnering closely with a lean, highly collaborative team, the Growth Marketing Manager creates customer‑ready content, distributes market insights, and supports effective communication throughout the buyer journey. This role activates integrated campaigns, events, and digital programs that expand market visibility, accelerate pipeline development, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

Essential Functions: 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to company growth objectives, effectively engaging core audiences.

  • Lead full funnel marketing and lead generation initiatives across email, social media, digital advertising, property listing platforms, events, and account-based marketing to drive qualified inquiries and pipeline growth.

  • Own marketing technology and performance analytics, including HubSpot CRM, campaign automation, and reporting tools, to launch campaigns, track engagement, and optimize results using data insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Create and curate high-impact content, such as market reports, case studies, property spotlights, and executive presentations, by partnering with internal subject matter experts to support thought leadership and business development.

  • Develop customer-facing and internal enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, property collateral, messaging frameworks, and GTM materials that empower sales and leadership teams.

  • Manage vendor and client relationships, while overseeing marketing budget planning, tracking, and optimization to ensure high-quality execution and strong return on investment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Proven experience in marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market execution within commercial real estate, professional services, technology, or other B2B environments, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing tactics, including digital campaigns, content development, product or service promotion, and multi-channel lead generation, with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize results using data and insights.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), analytics tools, and digital/content production systems (CMS, email platforms, basic design tools), with a strong working knowledge of emerging AI-enabled tools for analytics, personalization, and creative workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate closely within a lean team, coordinate with external partners, and deliver high-quality work in deadline driven environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts, data, and market insights into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging.

  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter who works independently, adapts quickly, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, small team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design) or a combination of equivalent education and experience required. 

  • 3-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, demand generation, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate, site selection, retail expansion, or B2B professional services.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing brand and product positioning, creating market‑ or property-focused content, and supporting business development, client acquisition, or similar revenue-driving initiatives.

This position operates largely in a virtual environment, with minimal on-site internal requirements. Periodic in-person sessions with Vista leadership may be needed to review marketing priorities and campaign results. The role also involves moderate travel, about 5-10 trips annually, to client locations and prospective markets to support field marketing and strategic growth initiatives.
