Salary Range: $96,005-$147,957 Annually

Position Summary:  
The Growth Marketing Manager drives go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and new‑business generation across multiple marketing channels. This role develops and implements targeted initiatives that strengthen product positioning and pricing support, improve e-mail engagement and click-through performance, and create effective pathways for lead generation through social media and other digital platforms. The Growth Marketing Manager collaborates closely with a lean, highly collaborative team to develop customer-ready content, enhance prospective communication, distribute market insights, and support the promotion of products and services. This role activates campaigns, events, and digital outreach efforts that expand market visibility and directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company growth goals and effectively target key audiences, including tenants, developers, landlords, and investors.

  • Lead full‑funnel marketing and lead‑generation efforts across e-mail, social media, digital advertising, property listing platforms, events, and account-based outreach to drive qualified inquiries and new business opportunities.

  • Manage marketing technology, CRM (HubSpot), and analytics tools to launch campaigns, track performance, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize efforts using data insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Create and curate compelling content, including market reports, case studies, property spotlights, and presentations, by partnering with internal subject matter experts to support thought leadership and business development.

  • Develop customer-ready and internal enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, property collateral, messaging frameworks, and other GTM resources that support the team’s outreach and engagement efforts.

  • Manage vendor and client relationships and support the planning, tracking, and management of the marketing budget to ensure high-quality and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Proven experience in marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market execution within commercial real estate, retail expansion, professional services, or similar B2B environments—ideally within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial organization.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing tactics, including digital campaigns, content creation, property/service promotion, and multi-channel lead generation, with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize results.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms, and digital/design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CMS systems, e-mail marketing platforms, Microsoft Office), and emerging AI-driven platforms for analytics, personalization, and creative production.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, collaborate across a lean internal team, coordinate with external partners, and deliver high-quality work in deadline-driven environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging.

  • A proactive, resourceful self-starter who can work independently, pivot quickly, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, small-team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design) or a combination of equivalent education and experience required. 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, demand generation, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate, site selection, retail expansion, or B2B professional services.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing brand and product positioning, creating market‑ or property-focused content, and supporting business development, client acquisition, or similar revenue-driving initiatives.

This position operates largely in a virtual environment, with minimal on-site internal requirements. Periodic in-person sessions with Vista leadership may be needed to review marketing priorities and campaign results. The role also involves moderate travel, about 5-10 trips annually, to client locations and prospective markets to support field marketing and strategic growth initiatives.
