Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Digital Ads Expert include managing multiple client advertising campaigns; developing digital ad campaign strategies; recommending and tracking budgets; placing ads; tracking and analyzing campaigns; optimizing campaigns for performance metrics and budget requirements; assisting account staff with making recommendations to clients; integrating and tracking performance across channels including search, display, social and email; using data to identify, build and segment audiences; and ensuring the latest paid search/social innovations are applied.


Responsibilities:

Below are some of the responsibilities a Digital Ads Expert is expected to assume in their position:

  • Develop PPC strategies on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to increase online visibility and conversions

  • Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns and Facebook ad campaigns.

  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages

  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)

  • Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI

  • Manage and optimize shopping, search and display campaigns across multiple devices

  • Provide internal support to team members managing various marketing campaigns

  • Provide client facing communication and support to PPC only clients in an effort to reach their goal. 



Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Below are the qualifications expected of a Google Ads expert:

  • A degree in digital marketing or a related business field.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics.

  • Strong conversion tracking experience through Google Ads and Analytics.

  • Facebook and Google Analytics and Advertising (3+ Years).

  • Proven experience with digital and social media platforms and technologies.

  • An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) and analytics reporting.

  • Google Ads certification.

  • Competency with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations for clients.

  • Comprehensive experience with Google Ads Editor.

  • Experience solving complex marketing challenges.

  • Capable of managing multiple campaigns at the same time.

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to pick up new technologies.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

  • Strong work ethic with an "Above and Beyond" attitude.
