MVP of the Month:
This title will be awarded to the individual on the team who has exemplified the ability to be a true team player. This title is peer-nominated and monthly voting will take place! The winner receives a $100 gift card to the place of their choosing!

Health Membership:
We believe that if you have a healthy body, you will have a healthy mind. Your mental and physical health is so important to us, that we cover a portion of your billable for these services. 

Gladiator of the Year: 
Each year, the team nominates a person in the company who not only is delivering massive value for their clients but goes above and beyond as a team player! Someone who exemplifies Adapting Social’s core values, in and out of the office. The winner of this award receives a vacation valued up to $3,000!

Health Insurance | Vision Insurance | Dental Insurance:
Our health care provider is Aetna. After 3 months of employment, a team member is eligible for health care coverage. We will pay 50% of an individual team member’s healthcare premium each year.

Upon completion of 1 year of employment at Adapting Social you are eligible to participate in the employer-sponsored 401(k) plan via ADP Retirement Services, where we will match up to 2% of your contribution.

Life Insurance: 
Adapting Social covers $10,000 in complimentary Life Insurance and we offer additional Life Insurance policies through MetLife. 

Adapt Time: 
Flexible working times, customizable schedules, and unlimited vacation times? We care about our team's time and value their efforts. We measure our team by the results they produce, not by the number of hours they put in. As long as you are producing results, you will have flexibility in your day.

Sales Incentive: 
With the Adapting Social sales initiative, you have the ability to make an UNLIMITED amount of sales commissions.
