In this role, your customers are vendors we buy product and services from; the department heads in the buying function, décor department, and each store manager, all of whom are supported by the work performed in the Accounting department. In this role, you are expected to serve as a “check and balance” in the organization. You should understand the overall objectives of the organization, then measure and compare actual results with these objectives.
