Influencer marketing is a key channel for the Omni brands. As an Influencer Manager, you’ll report to our Head of Influencer Marketing, and be responsible for seeding, signing, and managing new talent to create content for the brand. Working with creators is a key piece of our organic social strategy, lending way to brand specific UGC and generated content for campaigns. You’ll be adept at recognizing creators that match our content themes and understand how to brief them to obtain videos and photos that can be used across marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Source, message and onboard new influencers/creators into our management tools 

  • Brief influencers/creatives on our influencer program, how it operates, and provide a brand overview of our mission and content strategy  

  • Host weekly creator calls to ensure briefs are digested and on deadline  

  • Research, locate and engage potential future talent to join our program  

  • Recognize content that will perform well based on brand’s social historical data  

  • Coordinate photoshoot opportunities with local creators with the help of social and production teams 

  • Work cross functionally with brand, creative, copy, and social teams to bring content to life 

  • Work with paid marketing team to provide creator-driven content needed for ad placements, including coordinating necessary cutdowns and variations 

  • Fully understand influencer program guidelines, being able to speak to standard contract terms should talent have questions 

  • Organize incoming influencer content, log videos and photos, able to guide channel partners to best available pieces  

  • Brief creators on campaigns and product launches, acquiring pieces that tell the story and messaging at hand  

Experience and Qualifications:  

  • 3+ experience within influencer and social marketing  

  • Experience and understanding of retail and ecomm business strategies  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or communications/film 

  • Creative and innovative thinker  

  • Ability to recognize different needs based on different social platforms 

  • Comfortable being in front of a camera 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills required. 

  • This role must be available in the metro NYC area and be willing to attend shoots with creators as needed
