Our Production Coordinator will live on the marketing and creative team and operate Omni production scheduling. Video production is a large part of what helps bring Omni’s brands to life and is crucial to the success of building content-forward strategies. This role is equal parts operations and creative, with the main responsibilities lying in pre-production processes, on-set production tasks, and postproduction timeline ownership. This role should come with a basic understanding of the full video production process soup-to-nuts, including talent and crew booking, shoot coordination, knowledge of video and audio equipment, and working with additional vendors such as stylists, hair and makeup artists.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule video and photo shoots as needed by brand, including but not limited to securing location, crew, talent and additional staffing

Coordinate budget approvals with Head of Marketing and Creative Operations

Collect and submit vendor information for contracts; including talent contracts, location releases, and crew contracts

Collect and submit vendor information for payments; including talent, location, crew, stylists and makeup artist payments

Research required permits should shoots require public filming

Create mood boards, look books and partner on run of shows for Creative Director approval and walkthrough with vendors prior to shoot

Attend brand shoots and ensuring mood board and look books are executed based on pre-production meetings and strategy

Serve as brand representative onsite at shoots, attend crew call times, liason between onset team and internal stakeholders

Provide photographers and videographers with export links, oversee export process

Conduct content review sessions with project owners prior to approving top selects

Own internal file management including logging content

Format files as needed, following company file naming convensions and taxonomy with precision

Maintain company props needed for shoots by brand, including but not limited to apparel, product and equipment

Coordination and transport on site production catering as needed with production crews
Experience and Qualifications:

2-3 years production, film and creative services
-
Associate’s degree in film and video production or a related field

Previous experience in video and photo production coordination

Industry knowledge of talent, crew and support staffing

Excellent organization skills and ability to hit hard deadlines

Excellent communication skills required

Ability to work with brand leaders to bring visions to life

Willingness to spend 8-10 hours on set, pending shoot requirements

Eagerness to further production experience and learn producer etiquette
