 Our Paid Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies on behalf of our brands. The role will involve managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with goals and key performance indicators. They will play a crucial role in maximizing ROI and driving full-funnel results while maintaining best-in-class brand standards for targeted audiences.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop, execute and lead performance marketing strategy across paid and digital marketing channels for OMNI owned brands  

  • Lead and execute Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify ad campaigns  

  • Experience whitelisting ads with creators and partners 

  • Create innovative A/B test strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness, closely collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling ad creatives that resonate with our audience 

  • Report findings and weekly/monthly data to share for cross company insight  

  • Oversee and optimize spend budgets across channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact and profitability 

  • Manage briefing process, submission and delivery of creative for all digital campaigns  

  • Partner with merchandising and marketing leads on product features and select ROAS goals  

  • Be in the know of current social media trends, partnering with organic social and influencer leads to brief creators for best-in-class content  

  • Create customer funnels for backend optimization from paid social  

  • Manage and report on budget spends and trends  

  • Identify opportunities that drive traffic and revenue through existing channels and propose new ideas for untapped channels  

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field  

  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, paid marketing and ad platforms  

  • Deep experience and expertise of Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify ad platforms  

  • Retail/eCommerce experience preferred 

  • Knowledge and strategy for affiliate best practices (B2B) 

  • Strong eCommerce background with Shopify experience  

  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign data  

  • Knowledge and background in health, wellness, supplements and/or fitness ideal  

  • Additional SEO knowledge a plus
