The Impact
The demand for higher performance, more powerful, more efficient devices is pushing the industry to reevaluate how packaging can help realize the full potential of HPC, AI, and other advanced technologies. These new technologies will drive future applications that will generate massive benefits that save time, money, and energy, while saving and enriching human lives throughout the world. The rising adoption of chiplet-based, multi-device, modular architectures exemplify the higher levels of device integration required to meet the performance benchmarks. As the quantity of devices being integrated into a single package increase, the number of power rails required to power the device rises dramatically, resulting in the need for significantly higher power density within a reduced space footprint, complicating the ability of traditional power delivery components to address this appropriately. Our substrate embedded solution addresses both challenges completely. We recognize that each customer requires specific solutions; our adaptive ability to configure customized solutions allows the customer to easily integrate our solutions into their processes.
