Frequency is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will tap into your passion for web3 and blockchain and work closely with our core team to identify the needs of our community segments, engage with our developers and supporters, report on and summarize key learnings, help to define a roadmap and develop strategies and programs to both increase the number of people participating and foster lively and active discourse among them.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Frequency core team to identity evolving needs of the community and provide high level summaries of happenings and trends developing within the community
Develop community growth and retention strategy to foster and maintain active and thriving conversations and member participation
Engage with the Frequency community on a daily basis across Discord, Twitter, in-person events and other channels
Proactively maintain code of conduct and community standards
Keep up with current trends in Discord server setups, bots, and community management best practices
Travel to conferences and engage with different community segments
Identify and invite new members to join our community
Uphold the values and rules of conduct of the community
Skills & Qualifications
Enthusiastic and passionate participant in Web3 and blockchain technology
Prior experience in managing communities on social media, forums and/or Discord
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively, self organize and manage deadlines
Familiar with software development
