MANUFACTURING ANALYST


Job Description

The Manufacturing Analyst manages and reports production schedules and status for new vehicles and components sold through our aftermarket channel. 


LOCATION

Revology Edgewater Assembly, 6756 Edgewater Commerce Parkway, Orlando FL 32810


RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Maintain Master Production Schedule (Excel)

·        Maintain Production Summary (SmartSheet)

·        Maintain Actual vs. Plan production tracking (SmartSheet)

·        Create and issue vehicle Build Sheets (Excel and SmartSheet)

·        Create and issue vehicle Manufacture Orders (Fishbowl)

·        Create and issue vehicle APMs (work task checklists) for each workstation (SmartSheet)

·        Create and issue Work Orders for subassemblies (Fishbowl)

·        Publish KPI reports


REQUIREMENTS

·        Experience managing complex projects and/or schedules in a manufacturing, construction, or similar environment

·        Experience analyzing data and finding patterns and trends in the data

·        Extremely high level of attention to detail

·        High level of proficiency with SmartSheet and Excel

·        Proficiency in mathematics with the skill to translate math data into understandable reports

·        Excellent written communication skills

·        Experience with Fishbowl Inventory Management software a plus, but not required

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or management information systems
