The Position
AREVON is recruiting for the position of Asset Management Intern, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries for the 21st century.
Job Description
The Asset Management Intern will be part of the Asset Management team and will report to Director, Regulatory Affairs. The Intern will be responsible for leading or supporting several project management tasks that will create value for the Asset Management team. The responsibilities of the Asset Management Intern include but are not limited to:
· Compile, update, and maintain project level data
· Track project level deadlines/milestones associated with asset management, regulatory affairs, and other requirements
· Analyze and interpret internal systems, operational/financial data, and regulatory standards
· Collaborate closely with multiple teams to effectively organize data and identify better mechanisms to track deadlines/milestones
· Comprehend existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
· Assist in creating and maintaining a repository of potential compliance issues
· Support the Regulatory Affairs and Asset Management teams with tracking and following up on action items
· Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to update the corporate database utilized for creating dashboards, reports, and other analyses
· Lead the creation of various templates and forms
Experience Requirements
· 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
· Team player with a coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
· Excellent interpersonal skills, goal and process oriented
· Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
· Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills are preferred
· Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, Power Point Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Environmental Studies, Policy, or other relevant field.
