The Position

Arevon is recruiting for the position of Project Management Analyst, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries of the 21st century.

 

Job Description 

The Project Management Analyst will work directly for Project Managers and is directly responsible for assisting with and/or handling development and construction related activities on multiple utility scale solar and energy storage projects. Such activities include tracking project budgets and schedules, supporting the permitting and interconnection processes, and compiling investor reports. You will assist in leading community and client relationships throughout the development and construction process and will work together with our internal teams at every stage of development to help successfully get Arevon’s projects to the finish line.

The Project Management Analyst is an integral role and excellentng point to a career in Development and Construction Project Management. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in renewable energy, education in a related field, and a year of renewable energy experience. They have a solid track record of exemplary teamwork and enjoy working on a dynamic and diverse team. Strengths include organizing, planning, and meeting deadlines for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. They desire the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and thrive in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptation, shifting demands, and moving timelines. The responsibilities of a Project Management Analyst include but are not limited to: 


 · Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and maintain project budgets

· Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and communicate deadlines

· Research and support completion of discretionary and ministerial permits for development and construction of renewable energy projects

· Manage and organize all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and change orders

· Assist Project Managers with creation and preparation of internal and external project reporting and presentations

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to contract services, setup vendors, and ensure proper invoicing

· Review contracts and track and ensure compliance with contract terms

· Utilize GIS, Google Earth, and other software to perform project due diligence and support preliminary layouts

Experience Requirements 

·         1-2 years of applicable experience (exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered)

·         Track record of working well within a team environment and demonstrated ownership mentality

·         Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems and think critically about complex problems

·         Self-directed and organized with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

·         Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, etc.) and familiarity with GIS and/or Google Earth

·         Ability to travel up to 25% of the time or as required to support project activities.

 

Education Requirements

 4-year degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, business, or similar discipline
