ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  

The FP&A Manager (Solar Development) will be responsible for leading on funding, budgeting and forecasting of Solar projects to provide a consolidated business outlook for strategic decision making. The position has high visibility across organization & serves as a key liaison across project development, operations, Project Finance, and commercial strategy teams under directive of the executive leadership.  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE  

  • · Responsible for producing annual budget and Quarterly Forecasts for Board approvals. 

  •  Produce managerial performance reports that track P&L/Operating Assets/ KPIs and Project Spends 

  • Forecast corporate and project-level cash flows to manage liquidity & timing of equity drawdowns. 

  • Manage Loan & Letter Credit Facilities, intercompany loans and corporate guarantees 

  •  Work with operating Assets Mgmt. Teams on financial performance & Liquidity analysis /Distributions. 

  •  Interface/implement new tools/applications required for FP&A/Accounting/finance process improvement projects. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS  

  • Degrees: Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Engineering, or quantitative discipline.   

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, FP&A in Energy, Project finance, Construction.  

SKILLSET  

  • Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented.   

  • Ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization; demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.   

  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to utilize good judgment. · Ability to Collaborate with multiple teams within organization & ability to drive consensus-based decision making.   

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access, Co-Pilot.   

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Adaptive planning and AI Applications (Claude) · Stable background or knowledge of accounting practices (preferred)
