Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 to $25.00 per hour + uncapped performance based bonuses depending on location for Canvassers. All candidates start at this position, but can advance rapidly through our training program, and we strive to promote from within
New trainers are paid $1.00 above base pay, and Field Managers $3.00 above base pay.
Competitive and leading compensation for Field Directors and Canvass Directors: $55,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience and seniority, plus canvassing and campaign bonus structure.

Paid time off for sick, vacation, and personal leave after 20 days
