Outdoorsy is looking for a motivated paid search specialist to join our team and help drive the growth of our online marketplace for rv rentals. In this role you will be responsible for ideating, launching & optimizing campaigns to connect RV owners and renters all over the world.
Responsibilities include:
Build, drive and optimize successful Google, Bing and ancillary PPC marketing campaigns
Ongoing optimization of SEM campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, landing page testing, etc
Own daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting for managed campaigns
Interpret trends and make recommendations based on ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR and ROAS
Drive growth through the ideation and execution of multivariate tests
Help create dynamic user experiences through thoughtful performance analysis and strong cross functional communication skills
Experience Profile
Strong quantitative analysis
Strong proficiency with Excel, data visualization and data exploration tools (Chartio, Tableau etc)
Prior track record of successfully managing and optimizing direct response campaigns to efficiency and volume goals
5+ years of experience in Paid Search
Familiar with AdWords Editor & Bing Ads Editor
Excellent communication, project-management and analytical skills
Bachelor degree required

Education Criteria: A Bachelor's degree and proven SEM experience (5+ years) is required, preferably in high growth technology companies.
