About Us

Outdoorsy is the largest and safest community-driven RV marketplace for renting RVs directly from local RV owners. We don’t own a fleet of identical, anonymous RVs with giant billboards down the side and a million miles on the odometer. Instead, we connect RV owners with folks who want to experience the RV life without having to own one themselves. We make it safe for RV owners to rent out their rigs and earn money, and we make is easy for travelers to rent great vehicles from dependable and knowledgeable owners. Our goal is to help people get rolling to the best locations in the country—and to have the time of their lives doing it.

We started Outdoorsy with the belief that everyone should have the chance to experience the great outdoors. And that meant creating a platform with unlimited range, including trailers, toy haulers, fifth wheels, Class A RVs, Class B RVs and Class C RVs, as well as garden variety trailers and motorhomes.

Our Benefits and Perks

Flexible PTO Plan The Company provides employees with vacation, time off, and sick time. You must notify your manager, and receive approval, at least 4-6 weeks in advance of taking time off. We understand that certain circumstances may arise that make for shorter notification periods, such as time off related to sickness. You are expected to maintain your performance level and commitments to company deliverables. Your man- ager, or Human Resources, will notify you of any perceived abuse of this policy or if your time off is impacting work performance. Taking time off without notification and approval from your manager is not permitted unless in the event of a sudden illness. Outdoorsy stays open all-year-round, and while all Federal holidays are observed, you will still re- quire manager approval.

Paid Recreational Vehicle Rentals Outdoorsy pays for four (4) RV rentals each year for you and your family to enjoy RV adventures. These are to be used no more than once a quarter to encourage you to be part of the RV community and to better understand the dynamics of our user community. The trips will be planned in advance and will be reasonable. The amount will be no more than $2,000 per quarter or $8,000 per year.

Health Insurance Outdoorsy offers benefits that consist of medical, dental, and vision for you and your family. The company pays for 100% of your medical premiums and 50% for your family. Full and comprehensive details of the medical, dental, and vision plan will be provided to you in a separate email/communication.

401K - Outdoorsy Offers a 401K retirement savings plan for full-time employees. The company allows the employee to contribute up to the IRS maximum allowable however the company does not provide a match at this time.
