TriNet Benefits Plan
TriNet is the single employer sponsor of all its benefit plans. TriNet makes these plans available to qualifying worksite employees (WSEs), with whom TriNet has established an employment relationship, and who perform services for customers of TriNet in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) service model. Please refer to the TriNet Benefits Guidebook for further details regarding benefits eligibility.
If you already have current group medical coverage, you may choose to waive or opt out of TriNet's group health benefits. If you choose to waive health coverage, you will still be able to enroll in optional plans and flexible spending accounts.
Medical
TriNet offers a broad range of medical plans through national and regional insurance carriers including high-deductible health plans, PPOs and HMOs. Medical plan options vary by state.
Basic Life Insurance & AD&D
TriNet offers company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) plans. The Company pays for basic life insurance coverage, which includes an equal amount of AD&D coverage.

Retirement Plan
SteelWave offers a retirement plan in which you may make voluntary pre-tax contributions toward your retirement. Please contact your retirement plan administrator for details on eligibility and matching contributions, if applicable.
401(k) Retirement and Savings Plan
Recognizing the need for everyone to provide for his or her economic security following retirement, SteelWave encourages team members to take steps toward self-reliance during retirement years by participating in the 401(k) savings and retirement plan. This savings program is done on a convenient payroll deduction basis and offers the most attractive tax treatment available under current Internal Revenue Service regulations. SteelWave, and its designated benefit plan administrator, reserve the right to determine any eligibility, interpretation and administration issues as to this plan.
Team Member Contributions During any plan year, team members may contribute the maximum annual allowable contribution pursuant to IRS Regulations
SteelWave Matching Contributions SteelWave will match 50% of a team member’s 401k contribution up to $250 each pay period, to a maximum of $6,000 each calendar year.

Aflac Voluntary Benefits
Aflac has a range of products including accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and critical illness insurance. Enrollment in Aflac voluntary benefits is restricted to the 30-day enrollment period after you're initially eligible for TriNet benefits and during TriNet annual Open Enrollment.
