The Scholarship Support Team Leader will provides supervision to the Program Assistants & Scholarship Support to ensure the day-to-day administration and program supports needs are met. Will also oversee ELSA projects, work in coordination with other team leaders and department manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure best practice standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure quality and quantity and oversee day to day workflow.
  • Train new staff in department practices and procedures.
  • First line problem solving.
  • Coordinate with other department team leaders for consistency across department
  • Coordinate with department manager to meet all contractual and agency reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate with department manager on various ELSA projects
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and/or data checks
  • Develop and maintain phone coverage procedures
  • Communicate with and respond to inquiries from families, early learning programs and the general public.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, social work, human services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in project management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in program development, implementation and/or compliance.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, community partners and public
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated customer service skills working with diverse communicates, clients and staff

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This position is available immediately and will have a hybrid work schedule with a mix of on-site and work from home days.

Think Small offers a minimum of $48,000 for this position and a unique benefit package which includes:

This position is a hybrid schedule and will work on-site 1-2 days per week, and 3-4 days remotely.
