JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pinao Consulting is seeking a Program/Project Manager to join our team supporting FEMA Enterprise Test and Evaluation.

 

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

·        Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.

·        Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

·        Provide support in areas such as project oversight, communication, risk management, scheduling, estimating, analysis of alternatives, operational analysis, and knowledge management.

·        Project Management Office (PMO) tasks and activities may consist of developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule, project charters requirements development and documentation, and project specific documentation such as (ex: Quad charts, relaying project status).

·        Support Agile Development, DevSecOps, and other methodologies including, but not limited to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline development methodologies.

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below. 

 

Skills / Qualifications:

·        Experienced in planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects.

·        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred).

·        Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in project management.

 

Work Experience:

·        5+ Years
