JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pinao Consulting is an 8(a) Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management support to DHA’s Program Executive Office Medical Systems (PEO MS) Assistant Director for Health Care Administration (ADHCA).

 

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below. 

 

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in strategic planning.
