We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help lead the digital presence for multiple healthcare-focused companies. This fully remote role is part of a small, collaborative marketing team, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy and execution across multiple brands. 

The ideal candidate has a healthcare background, is strong with Adobe tools, is a self-starter who thrives in remote capacity, is comfortable juggling priorities, and brings strong expertise in managing social and website presence. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and update multiple WordPress websites, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with brand standards 

  • Own and execute LinkedIn strategies for multiple healthcare brands—growing followers, increasing engagement, and driving thought leadership 

  • Manage social media presence across additional platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, tailored to each brand's audience 

  • Create and schedule content (posts, images, articles) that align with brand voice and marketing goals 

  • Track, measure, and report on digital performance—identifying insights to drive continuous improvement 

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (designers, developers, copywriters) 

  • Optimize website content and social posts using SEO and keyword best practices 

  • Contribute to email campaigns, lead generation efforts, and content planning 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry 

  • Demonstrated success managing LinkedIn channels, including content planning, audience growth, and analytics 

  • Proficient in WordPress and comfortable making updates, managing plugins, and troubleshooting issues 

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Hubspot) 

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills 

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands and competing priorities 

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment 

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed 

Bonus Points 

  • Experience with healthcare industry in digital marketing  

  • Fluent with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro   

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like HubSpot
