What you’ll be doing

Cask is currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer) to join our growing company. As a Cask Developer, you will be responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and build out of customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform utilizing ServiceNow defined best practices for configuration and development.  


  • Gather project information such as schedules, assignments, tasks, and project meeting calendars

  • Monitor project schedules, review and modify schedules with project manager approval

  • Maintain document control

  • Track project activities and project team communication

  • Assist program manager and project managers in coordinating strategic and operational meetings and follow up with meeting notes

  • Work with the internal resources to ensure projects are properly transitioned from Sales to the Delivery team following Cask guidelines

  • Work with senior project team members to create project plans/schedules that align to processes and deliverables identified in the engagement Statement of Work.

  • Act as a coordinator of resources between the client and Cask during the delivery of a project to schedule working sessions and other meetings

  • Work with senior project team members to ensure engagements stay within the approved project schedule and scope

  • Work with the Resource Manager to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resource plans are maintained

  • Partner with Accounting to ensure invoices are sent out correctly and on time, reporting on profitability and adhering to financial requirements of the client

  • Appropriately log and escalate project risks and issues

  • Prepare weekly project status reporting to various internal and external stakeholders on the topics of schedule, scope, budget, risks, issues, and action items

  • Record notes during all meetings and send to project stakeholders as required

  • Collaborate with other project and program team members in a virtual setting

  • Work with resource manager to ensure contracts for offshore/1099's are created and current

 

What you’ll bring to the table


  • 1-3 years project coordinator experience

  • Knowledge and experience in project management processes and the ability to coordinate activities for a team

  • Sound business acumen and the ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with employees at all levels of organizations.

  • Self-efficacy and confidence to fuel a personal tenacity in relentlessly following up with action items at all levels in the organization.

  • Experience with MS Project (or another similar Project Mgmt Tool) and Microsoft Office Suit

  • Ability to adhere to and report upon project budgets

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic with ability to self-manage

  • Experience with collecting, analyzing and reporting accurate information and data within tight deadlines

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
