What you’ll be doing:
We are seeking an organized, results-driven Asset Management Specialist to join our team. In this role you will plan and manage assets according to our clients’ needs and Asset Manager SME guidance. Must be a strategically minded individual with strong interpersonal skills and experience managing physical assets through their entire lifecycle.
Effectively manage client’s physical assets from acquisition to disposition according to their processes and policies
Work collaboratively with the client and report progress to the asset management team and customer leadership
Ensure geographic sites are in compliance with client asset management policies
Provide ‘light’ administration support for user management in ServiceNow platform and Asset Management capability
Manage and troubleshoot Asset Management Program tools such as barcode and RFID hardware and software
Liaise with vendor support for technical support, warranty and maintenance as required
What you’ll bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, finance or related field and two (2) years practical experience or five (5) years’ experience
Logistics background is preferred
Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent project management skills
Analytically and strategically minded
Skilled negotiator
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Adept communicator both orally and written
Results driven
Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management or Software Asset Management a plus
Experience with data normalization or as a Database Administrator a plus
