The Server is responsible for attending to guests, during, and after their meals by helping them 
place, receive, and pay for their orders. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and 
beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
•  Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
•  Create an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and 
relaxed
•  Take accurate food and drink orders
•  Deliver food and drinks to guests and be attentive to all of our guests and their needs
•  Process payments efficiently and accurately
•  Ensure guests are satisfied and have an exceptional dining experience
•  Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and sanitation policies
•  Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Education and Experience
•  High School Diploma or equivalent required
•  Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
•  Hands-on experience in cashier duties
•  Attention to cleanliness and safety
•  Patience and customer-oriented approach
•  Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
•  Responsible and trustworthy
•  Ability to follow all sanitation procedures


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•  Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluation situations and making decisions.
