Salesforce Administrator

 

Washington Nonprofits is seeking a Salesforce Administrator (SF Admin) to work with our organization on a part-time hourly basis, 15-20 hours per week. WE ARE SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL FIRM IN WASHINGTON STATE, WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING ON NONPROFIT DATABASES.  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT FIT THESE CHARACTERISTICS.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Key Duties

·         Maintain the database, including user account maintenance, reports, and system backup

·         Ensure that the database works effectively with other systems to capture data from our event registration and membership system and syncs properly with MailChimp

·         Ability to work with and coordinate project delivery with Senior Salesforce consultant and developer

·         Work with members of our staff team to identify new goals for improved use of the database and support implementation of the goals. 

·         Assist in training of new users and grow the staff’s skill sets related to Salesforce; encourage all staff to fully utilize our database.


Requirements

This position requires:

·         excellent project management skills

·         good internal customer service

·         ability to meet deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously

·         creativity and problem-solving skills

·         good communications

·         Expert knowledge of Salesforce and the Nonprofit Success Pack (Nonprofit Cloud)

 

Certification as a Salesforce administrator or equivalent experience.  Experience working with nonprofits required.  Preference given to an administrator with familiarity with Soapbox Exchange Suite.  We are only seeking some one living in Washington State.

Additional Information

Location:                                     Seattle Office or work remotely

FLSA Classification:                   Part-time, non-exempt

                                                    15-20 hours/week.  Flexible, dependent on need

Compensation:                           $40-$55 per hour, dependent on experience.  May consider contract work.
