Job Title: Wellness Director (RN)
Location: Jasmine Estates Memory Care – Oklahoma City, OK

Position Summary:
Jasmine Estates Memory Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and service-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Wellness Director. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within our memory care community, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and team performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving seniors—especially those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia—and thrives in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for all nursing and caregiving staff.

• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing health evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and best practices in memory care.

• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and outside healthcare providers.

• Monitor medication management systems to ensure accuracy and safety.

• Lead infection control initiatives and maintain a safe, healthy environment.

• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance to support quality care delivery.

• Partner with the Executive Director and department leaders to promote a culture of excellence.

• Communicate effectively with residents’ families, providing updates and support as needed.

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to clinical concerns when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Memory care, dementia care, or senior living experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of state survey processes and clinical compliance.

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Passion for enhancing the lives of seniors with dignity and respect.
