To eligible employees, Moleculera offers ten (10) days paid vacation and twelve (12) paid days of sick leave per year along with 70% employer contribution to our medical plan premium for the employee and family. The company also provides 100% employer contribution to dental and vision coverage for the employee, while family coverage can be purchased by the employee.  Moleculera pays for monthly employee parking dues and also offers nine paid holidays and two (2) floating holiday/personal days per year.
