The Sales Enablement Operations Manager is responsible for managing major enablement projects and events, including new hire on-boarding, product releases, technical boot camps and sales kickoffs, as well as reporting and process improvements for all enablement activities. 


Based out of our Boston, MA headquarters, this role reports directly to the Director of Sales Enablement. 


In this role, you will partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams and will ensure the efficacy of and compliance with all enablement programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Project management for all programs across customer-facing teams including but not limited to: New Hire Onboarding, Product Releases, Technical Enablement, Sales Kickoff.

  • Serve as the main source of communication to sales leadership, SMEs and participants on expectations and logistics for each program

  • Manage the main Sales Enablement calendar

  • Document the plans and requirements 

  • Manage Brainshark and future sales tools owned by Sales Enablement

  • Capture all content for reuse and easy access by the sales team

  • Implement easy ways for our new hires and field sales teams to access important content for their everyday job

  • Assist in the development of presentation materials for all programs

  • Help to grow and improve our curriculum for on-boarding and ongoing learning

  • Work with the Director of Sales Enablement to improve processes related to program coordination and participation

  • Compile survey feedback to determine actionable items for next delivery of each program


Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years of experience in sales enablement or field marketing

  • Strong professional communication skills, verbal and written

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently

  • Ability to interface and communicate across all levels of the organization regarding program requirements, goals and logistics

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in a results-driven and team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency with Brainshark and other sales enablement tools and a strong willingness to learn

  • Experience with Salesforce.com
