About the Role


We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to own our marketing campaign calendar, planning and execution across multiple channels. As the Campaign Specialist, you’ll own the email marketing channel as well as coordinate the execution of campaigns across multiple channels.  You’ll create exceptional outreach campaigns that communicate Presto + Starburst’s value. You’ll partner with the sales team to ensure they have the content and outreach templates in Yesware that they need to be successful. You’ll also work with our alliances team to identify opportunities to create joint campaigns with partners. We’re looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented marketer who’s up for the challenge of ramping campaign activity to grow Starburst’s pipeline. This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation.


The ideal Marketing Campaign Specialist has 2-3+ years of experience at a software company  supporting marketing campaigns and collaborating with sales.


Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Maintain our campaign calendar, plan, and execute campaigns that increase our brand awareness and drive qualified leads

  • Utilize project management skills and work with stakeholders to keep campaign deliverables on time and on budget

  • Work with product marketing and channel owners to determine the communication and channel strategy.

  • Support ABM programs in coordination with event marketing and campaign marketing


Campaign Measurement

  • Gather and analyze campaign performance metrics to determine success, 

  • Help set future KPIs and continually optimize messaging and channels



Sales Enablement

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure they have the content and outreach templates in Yesware that they need to be successful

  • Optimize lead scoring and MQL process through feedback and conversion metrics

  • Communicate account level activity and insights from our marketing campaigns that help improve the efficiency of the sales team.


Qualifications


  • 2-3+ years of marketing experience working for a software company planning events

  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Committed to engaging with and delighting customers

  • Proven relationship-building skills with sales teams

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
