About the Role


We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead our partner marketing strategy. As the Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build our partner marketing function from scratch and own the strategic and tactical execution of building our brand and funnel with partners. You’ll build and execute on our partner marketing strategy, own marketing relationships with partners, and create exceptional joint content and joint events with our partners. You’ll partner with the sales team to ensure they have the assets they need to be successful. You’ll also work as closely with the Alliances team as you do with the Marketing team, and support the global Alliances strategy. We’re looking for an excellent communicator with a background in partner marketing for tech companies. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.


The ideal Partner Marketing Manager has 5+ years of experience in business development and marketing roles and has operated in a partner marketing capacity for a software company.


Responsibilities


  • Develop a program that allows us to market to, with, and through our strategic partners - spanning channel partners, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and cloud partners.

  • Work to understand our partner’s value prop and create a compelling joint value prop.

  • Establish GTM focus areas for partners spanning use cases and industries for us to focus on together.

  • Enable partner sales teams to understand our value proposition.

  • Create joint partner content spanning solution briefs, case studies, and even thought leadership papers to showcase the partnership.

  • Create a partner portal that allows partners to access important partnership information and joint selling content.

  • Partner inside marketing to execute on joint partner events, content, and web pages.

  • Handle any relationship-building infrastructure projects such as application processes, managing our presence on partner sites, etc.

  • Closely monitor the partner marketing budget and ROI of partner activities.




Qualifications


  • 5+ years of marketing experience spanning either field marketing, partner marketing or product marketing

  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Committed to engaging with and delighting customers and partners

  • Experience working in all content formats, including video and podcasting

  • Experience planning events

  • A strong understanding of - and experience with - partner marketing measurement

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
