About the Role


We’re looking for an EMEA Marketing Manager to pioneer building Starburst’s brand across Europe. As the EMEA Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategy & execution of the full marketing mix including communications & brand building strategy, demand generation strategy, and European centric partner & field marketing.


The ideal EMEA Marketing Manager has 10+ years of experience helping US-founded technology companies enter the European market. We have wonderful flagship customers based in the UK, Germany, Sweden, and Italy already so you will have a strong customer foundation to build on!


Responsibilities


  • Develop a pragmatic go-to-market strategy with an initial focus on building awareness in the UK and Germany.

  • Find opportunities and marketing partners to help us develop our awareness in those regions while partnering with sales to develop a target account list.

  • Work closely with the global marketing team to utilize our existing tools for online advertising, account-based marketing, and content creation.

  • Work closely with the Alliances team to develop strategic partnerships and joint marketing activities with our partners.

  • Ramp activity volume by delivering our premium content to our target accounts.

  • Develop opportunity acceleration events.


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of marketing experience spanning demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing

  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Committed to engaging with and delighting customers and partners

  • Experience working in all content formats

  • Experience planning events

  • A strong understanding of - and experience with - partner marketing measurement

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
