JOB SUMMARY

As a Multi-Media Manager, you will oversee a team of two graphic designers and manage all aspects of video content production. Your responsibilities include coordinating the design team to ensure high-quality visual content, planning, shooting, and editing video content to support marketing efforts. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and multitasking abilities to drive our mission forward.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Project Completion Rate: The percentage of multimedia projects (graphics and videos) completed on time.
  • Content Engagement Metrics: Such as likes, shares, comments, and views on multimedia content.
  • Team Productivity: The volume of content (e.g., number of graphics and videos) produced per month.

MULTI-MEDIA MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

Team Management:

  • Oversee and manage a team of two graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

 

Video Content Production:

  • Plan, manage, shoot, and edit video content for various marketing and communication efforts.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Hire external videographers as needed for projects and events.
  • Manage videography and photography equipment

 

Photography:

  • Coordinate and manage photoshoots. Work with graphic designers on team to take photos. Maintain equipment, archive photos, oversee photography sessions, attend organizational events,
  • Hire/manage event photographers when needed.

 

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.

 

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement multimedia content strategies.
  • Ensure all multimedia content supports overall marketing goals and brand consistency.

 

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content, using metrics to optimize and improve future projects.
  • Provide regular reports on content performance and team productivity

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and events, to ensure cohesive content creation.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

 

Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Video Production Tools: Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Project Management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools to monitor content performance.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Creative Skills:

  • Ability to create compelling visual narratives through video and graphic design.
  • Strong skills in developing engaging multimedia content that aligns with brand strategy.
  • Ensuring all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a creative team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions.
