At TriNet, we believe that the role of Sr. Product Management is to deliver measurable business results through product solutions that meet both market needs and company goals. Sr. Product Managers (PMs) at TriNet are owners and drivers.
As a Sr. PM, you will set strategic goals such as increasing market share, improving margins, or increasing adoption and/or penetration while developing your roadmap to meet these goals. You will work with stakeholders – engineering, marketing, sales, and client services to drive the company towards those goals.

You will be a thought leader and provide leadership via regular communication forums. You will also write blogs, articles, present at conferences and leverage social media. You will become an expert on the market, and the rest of the organization will look to you for leadership and decisions.

You will also be the voice of the product, both externally to the market and internally to colleagues dedicated to the product line. You will build products from existing ideas, and help develop new ideas based on your experience, and conversations with customers, prospects and potential buyers. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

The PM role at TriNet is strategic, not tactical.
