Product Marketer

The Product Marketing Manager will help shape Language I/O’s generative AI strategy. In addition, you’ll help research market opportunities and dynamics, prove value of existing products and launch new offerings. 


This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing. You will be responsible for gathering and sharing insights that help to shape product features and positioning, driving launch and go-to-market strategy/execution, and helping to drive customer adoption and engagement post-launch in partnership with our customer success team.

We need you to help us tell our product story, identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and showcase the value of our products.


Responsibilities: 




  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for all company products.




  • Contribute to our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.




  • Partner with Product to plan and promote new product and feature launches.




  • Research market opportunities for new products or new buyers.




  • Build resources for sales and partners to prove ROI of existing products.




  • Assist in sales and partner enablement efforts.




  • Collaborate with the Director of Content Strategy to identify content needs and build product-related content and collateral.




  • Build a library of competitive intelligence and sales battlecards.




  • Assist in whitespace analysis and help build strategies to increase product adoption and usage.




  • Assist in account-based strategy including development of personas, messaging and proof of value.




  • Conduct research projects including Win/Loss analysis, churn analysis to continue to refine our ideal customer profile.




  • Present Language I/O products at webinars, trade shows, and partner events.

  • Timely Tasks: Making sure we're on schedule and creating the docs needed for our GTM process.




  • Communication Superpowers: Your written and presentation skills should be top-notch. Can you tell our product's story in a way that gets everyone excited?




  • Market Know-How: Drive market research and competitive analysis, using those insights to shape our product positioning and roadmap.




  • Industry Know-How: Show us that you know the ins and outs of the language translation industry and how to use that knowledge to drive our product marketing strategies.




Prerequisites:




  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field




  • Progressive experience in a Product Marketing role in SaaS or similar industries




  • Preferred 3 years of experience in senior level Marketing roles in tech and/or SaaS




  • Proven ability in creating compelling content and storytelling around complex topics




This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position, working 100% remote from any US location. Language I/O offers a competitive salary based upon experience and full benefit offerings, including health insurances, 401(k), and discretionary paid time off.
