Data Analyst

i2i PopulationHealth is looking for an experienced Data Analyst in our Franklin, TN office. This

Our flagship product is a Population Health
Management platform that drives positive, sustainable outcomes for patients and
providers. It connects EMRs to extract clinical and financial data, identify
at-risk patient populations, assign action plans, and engage patients in
interventions across care teams. i2i delivers the promise of population health
management that consistently demonstrates quality improvements, lower costs,
revenue enhancements, and patient satisfaction.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Data Analyst position is part of a skilled technical, analytics and
services team that implements solutions for new client accounts, and
continuously optimizes existing client accounts on use of i2i’s flagship
solutions, Tracks and PopIQ. The Data Analyst supports the ongoing data
validation to ensure the accuracy of client data.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Support the implementation process and ongoing data
optimization efforts with clients to ensure their data is accurate, reliable
and ready for use in performance improvement efforts

Define, search, solve, and design
solutions for data interface challenges

·
Analyze SQL ETL scripts and
provide solutions to Software Engineer

·
Work with customers and internal
staff to meet unique situational needs


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required, Masters’
preferred

Experience:

·
Experience with SSMS

·
1 yr. writing and understanding
complex MS SQL queries

·
Experience with relational databases and SQL a plus

Knowledge
and Skills:

·
Ability to read and understand
other DB languages (MySQL, Sybase, OpenQuery, Oracle, etc.)

·
Knowledge of healthcare data
terminology (HL7, UDS, ICD-10, etc.)

·
Familiarity with C# .Net

·
Familiarity with development tools and environments
(VS2015, TFS, Salesforce, etc.)

·
Fluent in MS Office

·
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

·
Strong ability to analyze, process, and interpret
data in a variety of formats (relational database, flat file, XML, etc.)

·
Strong Internet and computer literacy skills in
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel)

·
Outstanding communication and customer service
skills

·
Ability to prioritize work and meet goals based on
business metrics

·
Ability to work cooperatively across functional
groups and communicate effectively with different staff levels from front line
through senior leadership

·
