Technical Integrations Manager

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm on-site in Farmers Branch, TX

Job Description


A Technical Integrations Manager at Craftable would manage a team of integrations technicians who are installing database pollers, XML datafeeds, and requesting and connecting API integrations. As the technical resource you will be responsible for quality control of the integrations and data, troubleshooting customer concerns and data discrepancies, conducting manual tests to review missing data, and more.


Your Role in Action:




  • Create quality control test procedures for all integration types.




  • Update and maintain internal installation and technical guides.




  • Create and maintain client response and integration timelines to meet SLA requirements.




  • Manage team scheduling and job duties to further improve CX and integration quality.




  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies by analyzing log output, navigating SQL databases and reading and understanding technical documentation. (Third Party API/XML/DB Schema).




  • Work with customers directly via email, phone call, and Zoom meetings to resolve their concerns in a professional and timely manner.




  • Work closely with the development and QA team to resolve confirmed bugs.




  • Create and manage detailed bug reports.







What you Bring to the Table:




  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Database Management or equivalent work experience.




  • Experience with reading log outputs, SQL, HTML, CSS, etc…




  • Familiarity with Database structures, API and XML technologies.




  • Knowledge of the SQA methodology and SDLC




  • Passion for software and software quality.




  • Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative team environment.




  • Attention to detail




  • Comfortability with speaking to customers or technology partners.




  • Ability to conduct basic technical documentation review and speak to basic technical requirements.
