Role Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding of new customers by running Kick Off Calls, acquiring & reviewing customer data, and ensuring the customer's implementation is seamless before handing off to the Customer Success team
Provide customized communication and training for each customer
Technical writing including documenting processes and communication to end users
Correspond with customers during the onboarding process. Including, but not limited to: coordination of calendars, video screen share meetings, assisting in external and internal questions via email, text, or phone
Proactive reach out to customers who have not finished their setup
Adhere to and grow our processes and communicate updates to external and internal teams
Be a product expert of our different integrations to answer internal questions to teams and end users
What you bring to the Table:
Excellent project management and follow-up skills
A pro-active approach to maintain customer engagement throughout onboarding
Tech support including problem solving, troubleshooting, helpdesk tickets, and working one-on-one with end users regularly
Soft Skills when communicating with customers
General Accounting, Point of Sales, and Labor integration knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Previous hospitality experience is a plus!
Prior experience working in a fast growing startup environment is a plus!
