Job Summary

Veuu seeks a highly organized and analytical Revenue Cycle Compliance Manager to oversee the company's data compliance for healthcare medical coding. This candidate will report to the VP of Healthcare Coding Intelligence and work with the data team. The successful candidate will manage data input and subject matter expertise from a revenue cycle compliance perspective and ensure the company's data goals are met.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage all requests, involving revenue cycle compliance


• Manage the company's revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and compliance


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue cycle performance


• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify opportunities for improvement


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements, with all states, cities, towns, and localities.


• Manage and develop revenue cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance management as needed


• Oversee the development of insurance credentialing in our data set, ensuring that all providers are appropriately credentialed with insurance companies and that all necessary documentation is in place in order to be compliant with our modeling


• Interpret and understand what insurance companies and IPAs on participation agreements and identify opportunities for network expansion may entail


• Prepare reports and provide analysis to senior management


• Work with the data team to understand what constitutes timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies


• Monitor and manage denials, appeals, and refunds with our data team

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field


• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting


• Certified Professional Coder (CPC®) Certification required


• Strong knowledge of billing and coding procedures and compliance requirements


• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures


• Experience with revenue cycle management software


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Detail-oriented and highly organized


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
