We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team.  

What You’ll Do:

Assist Account Manager with managed services and national partnership postings

Report metrics for managed services and national partnership postings

Create analysis of metrics for managed services and national partnership postings

Support Customer Care team with administrative tasks as needed

Coordinate with the Customer Care team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies

Identify opportunities for growth for new and existing clients 

Build new Salesforce reports to support Customer Care team

Provide general support for Customer Care team as needed 

What You Have:

Attention to detail 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Bachelor's degree in relevant field 

Previous experience using Salesforce recommended, but not required.

Self-motivated team player who believes in the mission of Peachjar

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Be willing to adapt to change in a fast growing, dynamic company 

Positively contribute to company culture, teamwork and morale

Ability to synthesize strategic and practical problems and work out those problems with your team
