Health has an immediate opening for a VP, Payer Solutions in our Franklin, TN corporate office!
The
VP, Payer Solutions is a sales role that will work directly with medical Payers
to understand their current business needs and requirements and represent the
full spectrum of i2i capabilities to deliver value to the prospective client.
The VP, Payer Solutions will represent i2i and provide leadership within the account
acting as the quarterback during the contract negotiation and integration
stages with all internal departments.
ESSENTIAL
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Collaborate with Product Management team to develop payer
solutions by writing & reviewing software use cases, assisting with
technical specifications as it pertains to HEDIS and STARs scores, providing
guidance and feedback on priorities from the payer perspective
·
Present products and solutions to payers in a clear and succinct
manner with the goal of establishing a contract
·
Develop payer project scope of work including:
1.
Technical data extract file formats
2.
Criteria/guidelines for invoicing under various pricing models
3.
Defining # of lives/members and # of providers included in project
scope
4.
Partner with the Project Management team to develop timeline for
implementation
·
Act as primary point of contact for Payer during contract
negotiation, handing off relationship to Client Success Executive (Account
Manager) post contract
·
Takes initiative as an individual contributor by establishing our
brand and increasing revenue within the managed care segment
·
Utilize consultative selling techniques in positioning our
technology and solutions to help clients achieve quality and financial goals
·
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers for
these target accounts, through sales calls, networking events and written
communication
·
Deliver consistent, quarterly sales performance while exceeding
expected revenue targets
·
Maximize resources and tools available to establish and maintain
an opportunity pipeline
BASIC
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s
degree, MBA preferred
Required
Technical and Professional Expertise:
·
Experience of selling to executive level decision makers
·
Experience of the health care payer/health plan market
·
Proven ability to build sales pipeline and progress opportunities
through each stage of the sales cycle from lead generation to contract
execution
·
Sales experience in healthcare technology
·
Consultative selling skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience:
·
Sales experience in healthcare technology
·
Payer/benefit job experience
·
Claims processing workflow knowledge
·
Experience with value-based care and population health
