Middle School Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of middle school curriculum and be able to provide support to students in a variety of areas, including academics, social-emotional development, and behavior management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students




• Assist with lesson planning and preparation




• Help students with homework and assignments




• Monitor student behavior and provide positive reinforcement




• Communicate with parents and teachers about student progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field




• Experience working with middle school students




• Strong understanding of middle school curriculum




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
